Victoria started in 2021 as a response to the need for Albanian workers in Europe. Human resources were insufficient and the traditional recruitment methods used by recruitment agencies had lost confidence and were ineffective. The first project we did involved recruiting qualified candidates from Albania to Croatia. After this first successful project, we continued our work focusing on finding the right partners in different countries. Today, Victoria counts many collaborators and important recruiting projects. One of the most important projects that Victoria enables is the “Work&Travel” project for Albanian students in Germany, which has been developed by us for several years. Every year we employ over 500 people in different states and every day Victoria is growing in the job market!
